ALoveChoreo offers dance experiences designed specifically for those 17 & over. Our approach is dedicated to honing in on each dancer's ability to challenge themselves while increasing their confidence through movement.

Partners/Privates
Held the first & last Sunday each month, this partner class covers tempo, turns, lifts, & connection. This time is available for private rehearsal bookings with Amanda on all other Sundays.
Sunday 6pm-7pm
Reset
Ease into the evening with intentional, grounded movement & stretching designed to refresh the body. Finish with strength & balance work to help you start the week off strong.

Restorative Dance
Monday 12:15pm-1pm & 1:15pm-2pm
A welcoming movement class created for those who prefer low-impact or even seated options, focusing on building strength, mobility, & confidence through dance.
Contemporary
Blending technique, floor work, & expressive choreography- Expect an emotionally charged & focused class that challenges both new & returning dancers to grow in power & artistry.
Monday 6pm-7pm
Recharge
Bring the energy back with a dynamic mix of strengthening, stretching, & balance work that boosts endurance & coordination. Set to upbeat tracks, this midday class refuels body, mood, & mind.
Thursday 12:15pm-1pm
Improv/Choreo
This alternating weekly class explores two sides of movement creation. Improv weeks focus on freedom, emotion, & play. While choreography weeks dive into structure, storytelling & how choreographers bring ideas to life.

Discover a new dance style each week- from musical theatre to jazz funk & more. Each class brings fresh choreography & an easygoing vibe that builds confidence & reminds you how good it feels to move.
