ALoveChoreo offers dance experiences designed specifically for those 18 & over. Our approach is dedicated to honing in on each dancer's ability to challenge themselves while increasing their confidence through movement.

Partners Dance
Held the 1st Sunday each month, this partner class covers tempo, turns, lifts, choreography & connection.
Sunday 3:30pm-4:30pm
Improv/Choreo
This class & curriculum created by Mrs. Amanda, explores two sides of movement creation. Improv focuses on freedom, emotion, & play. While choreography dives into structure, storytelling & how choreographers bring ideas to life.
Sunday 4:45pm-5:45pm
Work on intentional skills & stretching designed to form you into a stronger dancer & individual. Focus on balance work, flexibility, & strengthening through buildable dance techniques & exercises to start the week off strong & engaged.
Sunday 6pm-7pm
Reset
End the weekend with intentional meditation designed by our somatic practitioner, CJ Bright, to bring homeostasis to the body. Come ready to rest & experience a therapeutic & guided journey.
Holistic Sound Bath

Contemporary
Blending technique, floor work, & expressive choreography- Expect an emotionally charged & focused class that challenges both new & returning dancers to grow in power & artistry.

Hip Hop
A hard hitting, high energy class that’s all about rhythm, groove, & style. Learn combos packed with attitude, precision, & musicality.

Jazz
A new addition to ALoveChoreo- Jazz will bring sass, power, & jazz technique to our students. Through structure & empowering choreography this upbeat style is completely unique.

Ballet
A technique focused class rooted in classical ballet fundamentals with a modern, accessible approach. Build alignment, control, & musicality while reconnecting with the discipline & artistry of ballet at your own pace.
Wednesday 7:15pm-8:15pm
Bring your energy up with a dynamic mix of strengthening, stretching, & balance work that boosts endurance & coordination. Focusing on dance techniques & exercises, this midday class refuels body, mood, & mind.

Contemporary Series
A focused contemporary experience built around one evolving piece over several weeks. This class invites our monthly membership dancers to go deeper into detail, intention, and performance as the choreography develops.

A rhythm-driven class focused on timing, coordination, and musicality. Build clarity in your footwork while exploring the sound & style that make tap uniquely powerful.

Yoga
Yoga at ALoveChoreo is a movement-driven practice designed for dancers, movers, & anyone who wants to feel more at home in their body. Expect intentional sequencing that feels more like flow than form, with space to explore how your body wants to move. We focus on control, mobility, & fluid transitions that support you both in & out of choreography.
